Individual Sessions

Comprehensive Assessment: Recommended as an initial session for those with more complex requirements, or those seeking a more detailed assessment of overall physical capacity. The assessment includes a full health history, detailed physical assessment including spinal stability, joint health, functional strength, coordination, breathing mechanics and, for those over the age of 55, a cognitive health screen. This assessment can be accessed as a stand-alone service. Comprehensive report provided. (90min, $200)

Standard Assessment/Re-assessment: For those requiring assistance with a specific/less complex issue, this is a condensed version of the comprehensive assessment. (60min, $150)

Standard Session: Standard one on one session for those who attend the studio more than once per month (45min $130)

Extended Standard/Programming Session: Extended standard session for those who attend the studio once per month or less. Typically used for those who are happy to exercise on their own and just require programme updates. ($60min, $150)

Small Group Sessions (60min, $55)

Resilient Ageing: Designed specifically to meet the needs of older adults. Please refer to the Resilient Ageing Project page for more details. (4-6 participants)

Coordinative Strength: These sessions focus on the development of coordinative strength and overall physical resilience. Programming is tailored to the individual and completion of a comprehensive assessment is required prior to joining these classes. (4-6 participants)

Mobility/DNS Flow: A DNS-based mobility session which develops joint mobility and coordination using slow, dynamic breath-coordinated movement without intensive stretching. These sessions are open to all. Whilst an initial assessment is encouraged, it is not required. Learn more about DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) here.
